Carnatic Vocal Teacher
Shanmukhapriya is a dedicated Carnatic vocalist and music educator, learning Carnatic vocal since 2011 at Sangeetha Salangai Natyalaya under Kalaimamani Dr. K. Rajamanickam. She has also completed Grade 8 in Vocal from Annamalai University.
With years of learning and performance experience, she has trained students for vocal performances, focusing on sruti, swara, tala, voice control, pronunciation, musical expression, and performance confidence. She believes in a patient, encouraging, and disciplined approach that helps every student develop strong musical foundations and appreciation for Carnatic music.

Music has been an important part of Shanmukhapriya’s family background. Her father is a professional keyboard artist and musician with around 25 years of experience in the music industry, providing her with continuous exposure to music from an early age.
