Refund:
•Unwilling to Attend: No refunds in such cases.
•Unforeseen Sickness: Providing medical certificate of illness, we initiate refund of 95%
•Extra Money or Wrong Fee Payment: If you accidentally paid extra or the wrong fee, a carry forward is likely possible. No refunds.
•Schedule Conflict: A scheduling conflict arises from the academy that you weren’t aware of at the time of enrollment, making it impossible to attend live sessions, we initiate refund of 95%
•Duplicate Enrollment: You were unknowingly charged twice for the same course; we initiate refund of 95% classes carry-forward (8 classes per month schedule):

Prior Notice (within 3 days of fee payment):
Miss 7 or more classes: You can carry forward missed classes to the next month.

No Prior Notice:
Miss classes: No compensation or carry-forward option.
Miss few classes (1-2): Inform academy minimum 2 hours before the class to avail “compensation class”.
Missed compensation classes won’t carry forward.

(6 Classes per Month Schedule):
Miss few classes (1-2): Inform academy minimum 2 hours before the class to avail “compensation class”. Missed compensation classes won’t carry forward.
